The elegantly and classically still furnished holiday apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room and 2 seperate bedrooms.
It accommodates 1 to 7 guests on app. 90 m˛. The house has an elevator.
Bedrooms:
The apartment has two separate bedrooms:
1. bedroom has a large double bed with a sitting area having a sofa (which could also be used as bed for two guests), and wardrobe.
2. bedroom has a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. Bathroom:
Has Bathtub and Shower, wash basin, WC, Washer/Dryer, Hair dryer and towels.
Living Room:
Has a sofa (which could also be used as a bed for two guests), dining table for 6, a coffee table, arm chairs, Cable TV, Stereo System and a telephone. The Internet access and fax machine are provided on request. Kitchen:
kitchen is fully equipped including electric range and oven, refrigerator and freezing compartment, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee making machine, utensils and other necessary table ware and kitchen ware.
Our house is very conveniently located.
Underground line (Metro) "U4" Station (Friedensbrucke) and tram D, and Fraz Joseph Bahnhof ( Franz JosephTrain Station ) are located only within 100 meters from the building.
You can reach all points of interest in Vienna within 5 to 10 minutes by public transport.
Stephansplatz (the city center) and many other sightseeing places and cultural centers are within 10 minutes ride with U-bahn.
In the neighborhood you find many shops, pharmacies, restaurants and coffee shops. |
