Newly and with a lot of care for details renovated ancient farmhouse with large garden and independent pool, quiet and isolated although only 10min from historical Lucca and ca. 25min. from the beautiful sand beaches in the natural reserve of Vecchiano.
The very comfortable house, flooded with light, is an ancient storage, typical for the Region of Lucca. It has been renovated with respect to the initial structure, however with modern materials, such as stone floor with integrated heating, bath rooms with high quality installations and large, double-panel windows.

The fully equipped kitchen, measuring over 50 qm. With windows on three sides and anything you need for cooking, gas and recent electrical appliances included, it offers you everything you need to discover the delights the toskanian cuisine has to offer.
The living room, over 50qm as well and up to 6m high ceilings, a large window creating an open space into Tuscany, Satellite/TV and a cozy Canapé-Lounge. During the winter months, floor heating and a closed fireplace create comfort and warmth around a bottle of wonderful tuskanian wine.
