Villa Toscana is located in the elite very quiet part of the Zaboric, only 100 mt. from the clear water, with 2 boat places.
We rent the whole house `to a group of max. 15 people, may be ideal for couples, groups of friends or families who want to wake up to birds singing. The interior, divided into 4 units, 34 m2 each, 2 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs. The ground floor is accessible to persons with disabilities. What distinguishes the villa are actually her terraces, very spacious and open with sea views, ideal for spending time together. At guests disposal BBQ, laundry / ironing, parking for 4 cars, the yard with a flower garden, 2 posti barca. The walk along the beach is about 2 km in length.
Ideal geographical context makes it possible to visit many places naturally and culturally rich. Sibenik, the largest coastal city was not founded by the Romans 1000 years ago, but from the Croats is of great importance for Croatian history. It`s possible to visit two national parks, Krka waterfalls and Kornati islands (archipelago of 150 islands), Primosten, surrounded by seven small islands is a gift of nature, Trogir, under the protection of UNESCO, and then, like many ancient islands like Krapanj, Prvic , Kaprije, Zlarin, Zirije and many more ...
Nearby there are many sports: water polo, volleyball, jet skiing, horseback riding, boat hire and trips, the best fish restaurants, concerts, discos, visits to museums and churches, while children will find much fun in the Hotels " Solaris ".
