The luxury villa is located in the front line only 15 metres from the beach/sea in the centre of Okrug Gornji (Ciovo) and has stunning views of the surrounding islands and mainland. It is in a sunny and quiet position surrounded by trees and 550sqm of gardens directly in front of the sea. Outside you`ll find a stone BBQ, large patio, outdoor shower and secure parking for three cars. The Villa is split into 3 apartments with 2 of these available to rent. Villa Kairos I (3 Bdrm apt occupying the entire first floor) which has two double bedrooms, one twin room and a double sofa bed and Villa Kairos II (Self contained Studio apt entered on the ground floor). Two cots are available. Each bedroom has a pin activated safe. The air-conditioning/heating unit is also in the living room along with the radio/CD player. Arranged beside the fireplace is a flat screen Satellite T.V. with an integrated DVD player. Fully fitted kitchen and luxury bathrooms. Highest quality german furniture. Stunning panoramic views. 35 sq m balcony with sunbeds. Outdoor dining tabe seat 8. Outdoor BBQ. Private Jetty. The seating area contains a large leather sofa with cushions as well as another sofa bed that can sleep 2 extra guests. All beach towels, bathroom towels and bed linen is provided. In Villa Kairos I, the Villeroy & Boch designer bathroom is fitted with a wall mounted sink, toilet and bidet, and a spacious corner shower all finished with brushed chrome accessories. There is also a washing machine located both the bathrooms.

The town centre is only a 10 minute walk which provides 4 supermarkets, 4 cafes, 3 restaurants, 2 pharmacies’, post office, hairdresser & bakery. Trogir only 3.5km away is reputedly the most picturesque town on the Dalmatian Coast & a UNESCO site.It has a pretty harbour, marina, beautiful bldgs and plenty of restaurants, bars & shops.Krka National Park & a ferry trip to a nearby island are a must.

	Séjour minime: 7 jour - Dépôt: British Pounds 400.00 The Guest is required to cover the cost of any damage or breakages to or at the property and the cost of any lost or missing items. When taking over the keys and checking in, the Guest will provide the contact person with their security deposit of £300. This amount must be given in cash and can be paid in the following currencies with their respective amounts. 500 Euros, $500 USD or 3,000 Kuna. In the case of both Villa Kairos I and II being rented by the Guest, this amount will cover both apart
