listing information is provided by third parties. Our
service is free to use - we put you in touch with the
holiday company or property owners directly and you make
your booking with them.
StayRentals.com cannot answer any questions about specific
vacation rental properties, rental rates, home availability
or any other aspect of any vacation rental property listed.
You need to contact
the individual owners/managers displayed on each listing
to get any additional information about the properties. |

Questions and answers about advertising your property
with us.
You can add your apartment(s) and upload your photos using our
simple registration form. Alternatively, you can send
us your details, and we will add your information for you
with no extra charge.

The customer deals with you directly, leaving you in complete
control. We take no fees from the customer
or commission from you.
The price for 1 advert is only
46.00 EU+VAT (when applicable) per annum. (Special
offer: €
36.90 +VAT a year for a single rental!)
There is no automatical renew, we do not charge commission and
we do not apply any other extra tax or hidden fees.
| Do I need a credit card
to sign up? |
You do not need to use a credit card to list your vacation property
on StayRentals.com If you would prefer to send payment by other
means you can check that option, and then mail your payment
to us. However, property listings will not go live on the site
until your payment has cleared.
| What do I get when I am
listed? |
The property will be presented on its own page displaying detailed
information including facilities, prices, up to 8 photos, an
availability calendar and a booking request form. You can place
a direct link to your existing website.
The basic details will be available in multiple languages attracting
more international visitors.
You have your own Login area where you can update the availability
and details of your property as often as you like.

or how to design a web page? |
You do not need to know anything more than how to fill out a
simple web form. Once you have provided the information about
your vacation rental, we take care of the rest.
| Do you charge to update
photos or make changes to my listings? |
No, we do not charge for updates to your listings. You can easily
update your vacation rental listing in your private area at
your convenience.
