In the "flower of the east", as Zakynthos island is named due to the beauty of it, there is the village Vasilikos.
The village is 15km south from Zakynthos town and combines the green of the hills with the beauty of its lovely coasts.
At the area called "Mavratzis" on a green land we have recently built "Villa Joanna". The place is surrounded by the olive groves on the hills and the magnificent view to the sea.
In the Villa there are spacious and comfortable studios and apartments, decorated with taste, fully equipped, which can accommodate 1-4 persons.
From Villa Joanna, you can easily reach on foot all the beautiful beach sides of Vassilikos, where you can enjoy the sun and swimming as well as water sports.
The apartments:
The big apartment of Villa Joanna, has two bedrooms,
the main with a double bed in it, and the other with one or two single beds.
It also has fully equipped kitchen for breakfast or meal preparation,
as well as a big bathroom with bathtub.
This apartment is perfect for a 3 or 4 member family.
From the veranda of the apartment you can enjoy the great view to the sea
The studios:
Villa Joanna provides spacious and comfortable studios
for one two or three persons.
Each studio has its own fully equipped kitchenette
and private bathroom with shower and iron.
All studios have private veranda with beautiful view to the sea or the green surroundings,
